Melissa will start the class with a gentel 30 min yoga flow class followed by a 30 minute sound healing savasana meditation with Jason.\nThis event will be held outside and is rain or shine\, as our pavilion is available for a rainy day. Please bring a yoga mat\, bug spray\, water\, and anything else you would like to make yourself comfortable.\nFeel free to BYOB and stay after to enjoy farm fresh snacks and shopping. Eye masks will be provided for the sound healing.
