DESCRIPTION:Join Melissa for a 30 minute gentle yoga class followed by a 30 minute sound healing savasana with Jason. This event will be held outside and is RAIN or SHINE as there is an option to be under a covered pavillion. Please bring a yoga mat\, bug spray\, and anything else you may need to be completely relaxed for your time on the farm and during the class. Feel free to BYOB and stay after to enjoy some snacks on the farm and shopping. Eye masks will be provided for the sound healing.
