PLEASE only do this if you have confirmed and spoke with Jen about your dates availability and your initial planning on your event.

Field Trips:  $50    Private Events 5-15 people:  $135    Private Events 16-75:  $300

 

FOR CRAFT & VENDOR FAIR ATTENDEES:

Thank you for applying to be a vendor at one (or many!) of Bronkberry Farms Craft Fairs!

Fees are due WITHIN 5 DAYS of approval email send date. Your space is not reserved until payment is received.

If your payment (to be entered in above drop down) has not been received by the due date, your spot will be surrendered to another vendor and you will have to be re-approved.

Full Regular Craft & Vendor Fair Season: 6 Monthly Sunday Craft Fair Events ($85 each) + Fall Fest ($170 for 2-day event) = $680

The 3rd Sunday of the month (May – October, 9am – 3pm) as well as
a 2-day Fall Fest (the 2nd weekend in October, 9am – 6pm)

  • October 10 & 11 – Fall Fest – 2-Day Event – COSTUME CONTESTS: 10 am – 12 pm – 2 pm – 4 pm

  • BUSINESS EXPO –  Sunday, May 31st
  • DOG DAYS VENDOR & ADOPTION EVENT – Sunday, August 2nd – DOG COSTUME CONTEST – Time for Judging Contest at 12 pm – 12:30 pm
